'The first time we had them {Cruise Line} we ran them out of beer. We've learned they stocked extra for our trip this time so we don't run out.'

A GREAT Boss and company to work for.

Since I got ya here, you think my beloved Washington Huskies have a chance against ‘Bama?

Apparently if you are buying cabinets in Iowa you are overpaying.

They’ll be sorry.

The next year, the employees will be expecting another cruise.

“Why didn’t we get a cruise this year? I’ll bet the big shots got a cruise.”

If you give an employee something once, then it becomes mandatory in their mind.

Why, don’t you believe a cabinetmaking company as the right to earn a profit? Or do you disagree that the owner of a private company should have the ability to determine how that profit is shared?

Or maybe you’re just more comfortable amongst anti-business liberals?

Well, if you had READ the article, you would of found that the company has been rewarding with cruises since 1989, when the company’s year has been profitable.

Sure they do.

You’re never 100% sure how a team is going to show up after a long break. Petersen is a top coach and the Huskies have a lot of talent.

A lot of people didn’t think Clemson had much chance against them last year but it was close until the end. Bama was expected to beat Ohio State the year before but that didn’t work out so well either. You just never know when you have two well coached talented teams.

Also, Alabama has a freshman QB that is a very real threat running the ball. However, his passing still has a way to go. Hopefully, he improves in that area.

I believe our defense is very good but we’ve had a few setbacks the last few games. Safety Eddie Jackson was having an All-American season but he had a season ending injury. Starting LB Shuan Deion Hamilton had a season ending injury during the SEC championship game. He was so consistent all year. Both are a great loss to our defense.

That said, I understand the Huskies have had some key injuries on defense too.

I never take any game or team for granted. Too many things can happen — injuries, turnovers, or one key player may have the game of their career. You just never know.

The team says that they prepare for all their games the same way. It really doesn’t matter who they’re playing. They’re going to prepare the same way.

Again, they’re both coached by great coaches and both teams have talent. It should be a very good game.

Well, if you had read the article, you would have seen that they haven’t done cruises since 2005.

They have also laid off a lot of workers.

But the AP and liberal media want EVERY employer to do the same.

Maybe that why he is profitable when so many others are not. I see the wisdom in this.

Well, let’s check the company morale next year if they don’t get a cruise.

depending on what they’re paying for, cruises can be amazingly inexpensive. they nearly give the cabins away, because once you’re on the boat, you’re a captive customer base. the alcohol is marked waaaaay up, and of course the casinos are a massive cash cow.

it’s probably not as expensive as you’re thinking.

Guessing the owner has been shopping for bids and may have pulled this off for a quarter mil, and many employees have to be forced to take vacations.

Probably 50 employees will come back pregnant :)

I think he’s just saying that those must be some pretty expensive cabinets. there are a lot of steps between what he’s saying, and what you’re saying that he’s saying.
