I am hesitant to reinstall drivers, as I have never done that before...But I also wondered if that was the route I should go...
It isn’t difficult to reinstall or update drivers...you can do it...
It’s pretty straightforward. Also check for disabled items in the sound section and devices section. Microsoft has tons of instructions.
