It is a little odd that such a failed President had any kind of respectable rating at all. It is a little indelicate to say but the reason is that most non black people did not want to knock him because of his race and black people went with the standard 99 percent. Mathematically that is very significant and definitely pumps up the number. When you look at how people actually voted you get the true measure. The democRATS running under Zero’s agenda are in their worst position in almost 100 years.

Obama’s approval ratings were locked in at 43% since May 2009, then he supposedly got a bounce around the election. We all know that that was just a scam to “prove” that the libs were gaining some ground. The pink elephant in the room is that the approval ratings are TOTAL GARBAGE.
