The Freewinds cruise ship is the Holy Grail for any dedicated Scientologist: a coveted destination where members can mingle with rich and powerful A-listers - for a price. Hollywood celebrities, such as Tom Cruise, John Travolta, Lisa Marie Presley and Kirstie Alley, and top-ranking management - most notably leader David Miscavige - have attended extravagant parties on Freewinds.

I highly recommend Leah Remini's expose on Scientology on A&E.

Scientology is what Islam would have been had Mohammad had access to civil lawsuit lawyers and celebrities.

Leah Remini has done a great job exposing the cult.
To: C19fan
L. Ron Hubbard took his science fiction novel turned it into Dianetics and formed a pseudo religion around it.

Didn’t Bill Clinton’s administration approve this cult for “religious standing” at the IRS?

Greta Van Susteran, (age 62, 5'3") and her attorney husband are long time Scientologists. Her average salary per year is $1.3 million, her net worth is $35 million, making her one of the richest TV news talky-talkers in the country.

Everything associated with Scientology comes with a price.
It is a money-making venture, not a religion.

The IRS needs to go after this cult again, and this time shut them down.

I think it was L. Ron Hubbard who said, “If you want to make money, don’t start a business. Start a religion.”
To: C19fan
She has one of the most amazing series on TV. Explains cult behavior to a tee.

It’s like aspiring to join a very weird country club that you’ll have a very tough time getting out of once you join. They initially do it to get ahead in their careers is the impression that I get. I wonder if the “Hotel California” isn’t Scientology, myself.
