Maybe, I don't know as for now (these months later) but first, he was run off, from here. That I do seem to recall, yet cannot point to which exact threads he was given enough guff to make the choice to leave (as he was at one point also rudely and unjustifiably asked to do -- if memory serves).

I do believe you are correct.
Not a "never" Trumper, but (again, if memory serves) was not beyond occasionally expressing criticism of D.J. Trump. That was enough to send some of the shallowest among mouth-breathers here into conniption fits. False allegations against SunkenCiv then followed, and some moderator or another was apparently taken in by such? Something like that...

What was he supposed to do? Hang out and keeping taking abuse? There are freepers here whom have long also posted on another forum, the one to which I get the impression you are referring. But yes, there were (and possibly still are) some vocal "never-Trumpers" on that site. Short-sighted of them to take that position, wasn't it? Trump may well be just the guy we needed, and none other among potential candidates if any of those had won (which they may have) be able to accomplish what he has already, and is likely to accomplish in the future. The Hildabeast being who she was --- and hated (I hate 
er with a hot heart, no bones about it) made her a bad candidate for the Democrats. Trump must have seen his chance-- now, or never, and did whatever he had to do to win. We do need a fighter, not a mere philosopher, or one with good intentions but constantly looking over his shoulder at the hounds (of Hell -- that would be the DemonCrats, and the lying, spin-doctoring, stumbling-block emplacing, mainstream media) at his heels.
Forum stalking (and accusations of persons being "never-Trumpers") was in vogue six months back. One of the chief protagonists/perpetrators of that kind of thing, the one who's tagline said "mop-up Zot operations underway" or something similar should have been zotted, himself (for relentlessly attacking freepers for them daring to utter less than worshipful comments regarding Trump).
God zotted that one, right out of the land of the living. God's forum is BIGGER. Something to think about. We will all of us eventually be called to account for [even] every idle word...
