Judge Robart was appointed by George W. Bush.
We need a law that a district judge cannot speak for the entire nation. That power granted to hundreds around the nation is ignorant. At most their district should be all that is covered and any contradicting ruling in any other district should automatically raise the issue to the next higher court
hold them on arrival until thoroughly vetted.
These POS judges are going to get people killed.
Just ignore this ruling. They can’t do squat.

I do not see where a judge has the power or authority to do anything enforceable in this arena.
Nah; DHS is not observing those orders. They are going with the one Trump signed so it doesn’t matter what they do. The law is on Trump’s side with this.

Notice this nut job of a judge issued this order on a Friday afternoon. Makes it harder to have the order stayed immediately.
The left is hell bent on flooding this country with Democrat voters from abroad.
And since this judge is in Washington State, I presume the appeal has to first go to the 9th circus.
Would be nice to see Federal Marshalls remove the judge from his bench.
There are three cases, it’s 1-1 so far. They used Giuliani’s comments to argue against Trump’s EO in Washington. If Giuliani would’ve kept his mouth shut, it’d be 2-0.
It’s ridiculous that the President of the United States should have to appeal anything this outlandish. The federal judiciary has no right to restrain President Trump from exercising powers that have been plainly granted to him by Congress regarding immigration. He should just ignore the ruling.

Trump should tell the black-robed, communist POS to: “ you try to enforce it” and then just ignore the POS as he has no standing on this.
Then you’ll start hearing “impeach”. What a joke. The courts just write laws in the fly and there is no remedy
