Probably not all of them, but I would guess most of them could be tracked.

Come on, look at the map for the 2000s. At least half are out in the ocean somewhere. The Romans and Chinese never tracked these, and the Japanese--maybe if it resulted in a tsunami.

Many others are in diverse places not inhabited by ancient civilizations like Antarctica, the Aleutians, South Pacific islands, New Zealand and Africa.

A massive supervolcano known as “Campi Flegrei” is close to a “critical state”, and if it erupts the consequences will be beyond catastrophic. If that supervolcano were to fully erupt, millions could die, the skies in the northern hemisphere would be darkened for months and the resulting “volcanic winter” would cause famines all around the globe.
