FULL TITLE: Honor student, 17, is struck by freight train and loses both feet after lying down with legs draped over the tracks
A 17-year-old Georgia high school senior has lost both his feet after being struck by a freight train in suburban Atlanta.
Lilburn Police Captain Thomas Bardugon say the victim, identified as Jacob Ohl, was lying alongside the train tracks near Shelly Lane with his feet draped over the rail when he was struck by a northbound CSX train at 1pm Thursday.
It took the locomotive between half a mile and three quarters of a mile to stop after the accident.

The 17 year old male brain is———a 17 year old male brain.
It’s not really known for it’s good,common sense.

My guess is that he’s got very serious emotional problems or was high on drugs.
Honor Student, huh? I bet he could tell us if a northbound train leaving Atlanta runs over 2 legs at 1:00pm and it takes a mile and 3/4 to stop then the train was traveling how fast at the point of deleggification.

Anyway, his son ultimately committed suicide by train by lying on a local railroad track.........
Several years later, his wife committed suicide via the same method............
To this day, I've always found those tragic deaths to be very suspicious...considering the fact that at that time our company offered optional dependent life insurance that was paid out in both cases.........

This is beyond good common sense. That kid is either seriously mess up, on drugs or just not an “honor student” like this article wants to claim he is. Boys in my day did stuff that lacked common sense but never to this scale.
I’m betting this was a botched suicide. You don’t get run over by a freight train by accident. You have to really work at it.
