In filing his repeated and frivolous law suits against the President of the United States , Donald J. Trump , in the matter of President Trump's legal authority to protect the nation by Presidential Executive Orders , Hawaii Attorney General , Douglas Chin , is endangering the people of the Hawaiian Islands . Chin's ill advised law suits are bringing a bad name and disgraceful reputation to the State of Hawaii and the residents in their entirety , before the rest of the nation and the world . His efforts may even cause international terrorists to focus on establishing Hawaii as a 'friendly base for operations ' . In filing these frivolous law suits , neither Chin , nor the Hawaii Governor David Ige , have sought any input or approval , whatsoever, from the people of Hawaii , in support of these efforts which are now drawing national and international attention . We plea that Chin immediately CEASE & DESIST in trying to speak for 'we the people of Hawaii ' Chin does not speak for us .
Further ; We call upon Governor David Ige to ask Hawaii State Attorney General Doug Chin to step down and vacate his position as State Attorney General . We call upon the Hawaii State Senate to vote to remove Douglas S. Chin from his appointed office . Immediately

I think you would have a better chance by filing a few hundred Thousand complaints to the State Bar for “Abuse of Process” carefully citing Federal Law that gives the President Full Authority over Immigration and that Congress has already removed the authority of the “inferior Courts” to hear Immigration cases.

Most of the Democrat politicians and appointees are crazy as volcano crap. The island is a drug heaven and haven for mainland “hippies”, “millenials”, “freeloaders”, and wackjobs (you should see who is in their environmental movements).
Let’s hope the State AG loses his lawsuit and is fired for wasting the state’s taxpayers money.
AG Chin has been around Hawaii for awhile on the local Oahu government payroll, lurking. This is what happens when ONE Party controls the politics for 60+ years. There is NO opposition Party in Hawaii. The Hawaii Republican Party is really a Democrat Lite Party. It takes NO position on anything, is as financially broke as it is effective. It does take a stand, however, in opposing Republican elected Trump. I have lived in Hawaii all my life and I do NOT hear, ANYONE, to include my Democrat friends, demanding we allow terrorists or illegal aliens to enter Hawaii without proper vetting. I suspect, for fear of retribution - since EVERYTHING in Hawaii has political implications - the public is silent and our news media has not been given permission to check out this story OR report on it beyond printing the AG’s press release.
