Or feed the fake meat to govt retirement homes.
Or feed it to your dog & cat first.

Exactly. If it has a list of ingredients, best to avoid it. Even a one, two or three word list? Steer meat, salt...chicken meat, broth...pig meat, water added...turkey meat...SPAM...

Astronauts will grow this stuff on the way to Mars. It will mean carrying a lot less foodstuffs with them.The growth rate and final weight and volume of the product vs. the weight of the nutrients required to "raise" it would be a space travel factor.
