Yes she clearly was stressed and had lost control of her emotions & was acting irrationally Perhaps the “gallant’” male passenger who intervened by physically threatening the crew member could have done that instead of trying to prove his manhood in an inappropriate manner. Or perhaps he could have offered to carry the woman's stroller in his lap for the whole flight. The male passenger did not help the situation; he merely made it far worse.
I haven’t flown in years, since they started feeling-up their passengers.

Thats right! it wouldn’t take long to correct both the airlines and the TSA behavior!
But you know what to many sunshine Patriots, People bragging on how much they are willing to fight for their rights and yet they won’t even accept what might be a small inconvenience to stop the air travel madness wherein the Airlines and the TSA reduce Free Born Americans’ rights to those of cattle on a cattle truck!

Watched the tape again and listened carefully. I heard no accounts other than that of the belligerent passenger upset at the employee and the employee insisting that the passenger was not aware of everything.
Is there some other source of eye witness testimony other than the tape? Or did you hear something I didn't?
He should have been happy to see the woman hit in the head by the male stewardess.
I don’t know what has happened to people either. I married a wonderful man who behaved in the polite & kind manner that you described.
A few years ago, he turned into the other “man” that you described. He suffered a concussion, so I thought maybe it was that. But, sometimes I wonder if it’s just the overwhelming “crappiness” of society that gets to even decent people? Particularly if you don’t REALLY take care not to hang around with the wrong people & in other ways try to make sure that your moral compass stays firmly grounded.
Whatever it is leaves their victims injured, heartbroken & alone.

I haven’t flown since 1991. Used to screw up my ears something awful when I did (now I have permanent vestibular damage, so if I flew, I’d be projectile barfing on everyone in sight at takeoff). Anywho...
I’ve heard horror stories about JetBlue from others. It reminded me of the infamous Jerry Lewis’s Jolly Fats Weehawkin Airlines.

At about 0:48 you can hear a guy (not the guy who stood up) say ‘smacked her....’. You can hear the passenger who stood up say he almost hit the baby. That’s 2 eyewitnesses, not counting mom and the lady who recorded it. As I mentioned before, AA already threw him under the bus.
The weight of evidence at this point says the bald attendant acted in a way to endanger mom and her babies.
Back in the days of National Airlines, it was all about "Fly me".
Olivia Morgan, another passenger who was waiting to board the flight with her 8-year-old daughter when the incident occurred. She told KTLA-TV the flight attendant was “violent” and almost hit the woman’s baby with the metal stroller.
