Looking at the last picture on the web site given it looks like this excavation is taken place all underground. Could some one verify this for me.

Looking at the last picture on the web site given it looks like this excavation is taken place all underground. Could some one verify this for me.Cities that are thousands of years often have this. As cities are destroyed and rebuilt it is common to just build on top of the ruins. This is not unusual at all.
