This is kind of strange and I really don't know what to make of it.

It does not appear to be fake or just a part of a longer video but I'm not ruling that out.
I can't even tell what the point of the video is really supposed to be, she never says in the video what she is actually talking about or why she made it.
Did I miss something?

I think, with the verbiage about sttruggling and overcoming, she was alluding to the current “struggle” of RESISTING Pres. Trump and thwarting the implementation of his agenda and programs. By committing mayhem and insurrection, if necessary.
