It would be impossible to deny that collusion with Russians by the Democrat candidate would not “arise directly from the investigation”, which puts it within the scope of the special counsel.

I am intrigued with Hillary’s comment during the campaign that foreign leaders were calling her and asking if they could endorse her to help her win.
