it is a popular but misguided notion that Kim is totally insane. He is not. He is dedicated to preservation of his regime. That's all. If he thinks he can bluff Trump the way he bluffed Clinton, Bush, and Obama, he will try. That is rational, not crazy. If he finds out he can't, then we will see what comes next.

BTW, I wouldn't rely on Michael Savage for predictions of behavior, if I were you.

This is correct. It's best not to let the media define our enemies for us. The prevailing view is the popular culture version of reality.

I agree. We Americans sometimes operate on the assumption people in other countries and cultures think like us to some degree. That can be a fatal mistake as our soldiers saw in Viet Nam. It would be unthinkable to send a child over to a group of enemy troops with a bomb strapped to them just to blow up that one small group of soldiers but the Vietnamese did it many times to the shock of our guys over there. They simply had a different value and belief system that was as alien to us as if they were from another planet.

Islamic suicide bombers are another example. Their belief in going to their version of heaven to be greeted by 72 virgin sheep, er, women over rode their sense of self preservation; it was so deeply ingrained.

To our standards Kim does appear to be a crazy nut case tyrant and an evil one at that just by looking at how fat he is and how haggard the rest of his countrymen look.

Do yourselves a little favor folks. Put your old cell phones and a laptop/tablet, etc. in a Faraday bag or cage. You can make a Faraday cage out of a metal trashcan lined with plain old cardboard. YouTube has a bunch of videos on how to make them. I wish I could turn my whole house and garage into a Faraday cage just so I'd have something to drive/ride if crazy Kim does pop a nuke in our atmosphere to cause and EMP burst. It is something he would do.

not totally insane but if he thinks President Trump is going to sit on his testicles like the other three presidents you mentioned, he is nuts...

If he thinks he can bluff Trump the way he bluffed Clinton, Bush,

When did that happen?

He's only been in power about five years or so.

On Kim...it is a form of insanity. We’ve seen it before. Obama begins to act like a king because his inner circle says he’s king. Megan Kelly believes she is invulnerable and has the power to take down a candidate...because those around her tell her it is so. With Kim, it is this situation on political steroids. He really BELIEVES what he is saying because not one voice (that remains living) has ever said otherwise for his entire life. One makes decisions based on input data...look at the only input data Kim has ever gotten...so his decisions, making sense to him, should terrify the world.
