In 2013 another A320 also had a narrow miss with an unidentified object over Glasgow.
The A320 was flying with its landing lights on, in clear conditions and at an altitude of about 4,000ft above the Baillieston area of Glasgow, when the pilot and non-flying pilot saw an object “loom ahead” at a range of about 100m.
The pilot asked the controller at Glasgow Airport if he was “talking to anything in the area” the controller said he was not talking to anyone else in that area and that nothing was seen on radar.
Air traffic control said they had no trace of any other objects in the area at the time of the incident, although the radar at Prestwick did spot an “unidentified track history” 1.3 nautical miles east of the A320’s position 28 seconds earlier.

Point well taken, though taking a pic of anything flying bow to stern over an airliner in which you are a passenger would be difficult, I think.
With billions of smart phones world wide,, have we seen any legit photos of ets, ufos, Bigfoot or an honest liberal politicians in action and recorded without PhotoShop for the world to see.

Cell phones are notoriously slow in getting ready to take a picture unless you are already in the photo app.

Maybe, but we don’t know and cameras are very unlikely tell us scientifically about such things.

Right you are. About 5 years ago I saw a very strange circular light in the sky about a mile away from my campsite in a remote area. It was glowing green and zig-zagging across the sky. No Smart phone at the time, but I did grab my new HD video camera. By the time it took to pull off the lens cap, turn it on, and let the auto focus kick in the light was gone.
Same with photographing wildlife, something darts across the trail in front of you, but before you can even get your camera ready, it's gone.
With billions of smartphones it’s become almost impossible to be sure ANY photo is legit.
From the news reports over the past ten years or so, many UFOs have been circling over the U.K. at least most of the time. Or maybe drunkenness on the ground is too common.
Pretty good thought. I take pics on the plane with my camera and I’m sure someone must’ve had one of these, no?
