Actually, if you go into those tenements, you’ll see a lot of them have been wildly updated with high-end appliances. Some are really nice. (I know, I’m always looking for another apt.)

Also, the traffic and snow storms really do a number on the roads in this popular city. This is not to exonerate either Bloomberg or DeBlasio who stunk and stink!
