Seeing reports of a quake, reported in North Korea?
Don't know for sure.
China’s official Xinhua news agency said the epicentre was in roughly the same place as a similar shallow earthquake on 3 September, which turned out to be caused by North Korea’s sixth and largest nuclear test.
Time to send Jimmy Carter over to negotiate.
Still seeing conflicting reports.
Apparently there was a quake. Some reports are it was the result of some sort of explosion, but other reports are it was a natural event.

If “Fat Boy” keeps testing and retesting his nuclear devices, perhaps he will blow a hole large enough to stuff him into. I suspect another bomb test vs an actual earthquake but I’ll take a “wait and see” attitude for now.

A lot of geologists think the earthquake was caused by the underground dome created from the 3 September 2017 test collapsing—in short, the mountain on top of the test shot location fell into the dome. The result will be a potentially large release of an radioactive isotope of xenon gas.
