TWITTER EXCHANGE - JUNE 30, 2015 TO JULY 1, 2015:

HILLARY CLINTON: Puerto Rico's debt crisis is not theirs alone. For PR's economy to grow & their people to thrive, they need real tools & real support. -H

CARMEN YULIN: Mrs Clinton, we need economic and political powers outside of the US Territorial clause.

Article 4, Section 3, Clause 2: Property Clause. The Congress shall have power to dispose of and make all needful Rules and Regulations respecting the Territory or other Property belonging to the United States; and nothing in this Constitution shall be so construed as to Prejudice any Claims of the United States, or of any particular State.

In other words, Ms. Yulin stated that Puerto Rico can make its down political and economic decisions, without US influence or rules and regulations, or "outside" of the US Territorial Clause. Yet, this week she's TOTALLY BASHING DONALD TRUMP for not acting fast enough to help Puerto Rico after Hurricane Maria and blaming the US for staging a faster response.

Hypocrite much, Lady?

Effing ingrates...
Up until Katrina, natural disasters were clearly and exclusively a state problem. We shouldn't be helping them at all, and we need to tell them to stop spending money they don't have!
Who do they think they are, the Federal government??

Cheese and Rice!

Saw the whiny incompetent b!tch mayor on TV trying to make it sound like Katrina II. The Mayor didn’t mobilize all of her police, fire, and other assets to help. Should have ordered all city personnel to help distribute aide from the overflowing warehouses, cut and remove trees from the roads, mobilize city vehicles to help deliver water and food to locations within the city. City workers not showing up should be fired immediately and denied any aid. It is obvious that the mayor may be a good Progressive/communist but isn’t $hit as a leader!

Note the difference between Houston and Florida where private citizens volunteered without asking and were out and helping in addition to all the city and state personnel.
