Why is this “news” ... it happens all the time.I don't know what city you live in, but police officers here in New York don't usually go around exposing themselves to young kids.

WE DON’T CARE about NEW YORK! Look at the stupid mayors you vote for ... You get what you vote for. Do you care that there was a robbery at a local Publix market here in Hilton Head this morning, and it was a black guy? Keep local news local, otherwise it is “national pollution.”
