Employee testifies about seeing first shot in Twin Peaks melee

A biker with a "big yellow helmet" who appeared to be in charge pulled out a "long, 'Dirty Harry'-type pistol" and fired the first shot in the May 2015 Twin Peaks biker brawl, a former Twin Peaks employee testified Tuesday.

While testimony thus far has not revealed who was wearing the "big yellow helmet," previous video and photographic evidence presented by the state show Jacob Carrizal leading a band of Bandidos into Twin Peaks while riding a shiny blue motorcycle and wearing a yellow helmet.

Also, a CNN special on the one-year anniversary of the shootout featured an interview with Carrizal, who said he was punched by a Cossack seconds after he pulled up. A CNN announcer identifies Carrizal on video footage as the biker leading the group into Twin Peaks and wearing a yellow helmet.

It is unclear how many other bikers were wearing yellow helmets that day.

Jackson testified Monday that he shot four bikers who were pointing guns at the officers or other bikers.

... He said he next saw a man swinging a large chain and shot him.

Must've been an automatic assault chain with a bump stock.

This testimony is just one of many nails in his coffin to come in this defendant’s trial.

It’s peculiar that the police did not shoot the first triggerman/murderer/ring leader but they did kill a man armed with a chain swinging wildly at butterflies but not making contact with any victim.

They also did not shoot the biker who stood over a man and executed/assassinated him.

12 shots, 4 kills, from the law enforcement agents on the scene. Injured 1 of the other 22 men who apparently had bullet injuries.

44 shell casings at the scene. 5 dead by at least 2 murderers who were not shot by police or anyone else that day.

It is unclear how many other bikers were wearing yellow helmets that day.

Only one biker was wearing a yellow helmet in the group that pulled in immediately prior to the shooting... Dallas Bandido VP Jacob Carrizal.

The only question is whether or not his actions were justified.

She eliminated the police officers' rifles in shootings of Kirshner, who also was shot with a caliber too large to be police rifles. 4:40 PM - 30 Oct 2017

The tenth was probably Kirshner.

I saw it and my brain went to chain saw (guess what I’ve been doing).

But - I wonder if one could modify a chain-saw blade so it would flex more for whipping around. (leave two links together, put in a loop of regular chain, repeat) Carrying it around would be problematic - but it would leave some nasty cuts.
