Some old guy in a wheelchair sexually assaults? If she would have let him linger another few seconds on her tush he’d wind up with a heart attack.
If he did what Ben Affleck did, then yeah, I’d call that sexual assault. From the photo, he could possibly have his hand under her clothing, which is unacceptable. But a pat or a pinch through her clothing I would consider just an annoyance. He obviously did something, or he wouldn’t apologize. Either way, it’s offensive.
