A video published on Instagram shows a student in Westminster, Md. kicking the chair from underneath a peer who didn't stand during the Pledge of Allegiance Tuesday.

According to the Daily Mail, the Winters Mill high school student who kicked the chair was disciplined.

He can be heard telling his classmate he was being disrespectful, and needed to have his "a** kicked."

The Daily Mail reports school officials didn't state whether the student was sitting for a specific reason or protest, though he later posted on social media he was "practicing [his] right to free speech."

"I will not stand for a country who mistreats those who aren't white and rich. Forced patriotism is fascism, and nothing less."

The student who was sitting called for others to sit down with him in solidarity, using the hashtag "#sitthef***down."

School officials explained to the Carroll County Times the student who kicked the chair was exhibiting "unacceptable" behavior.

Looks like the little puke that didn’t stand is one of those attention grabbers with unnaturally colored hair and probably considers himself “edgy”.

“Hey coach...I think I’ve found that field goal kicker you’ve been looking for. But, you gotta get him out of detention.”

Feel free to leave, dickhead. Standing to respect the flag and show your allegiance to your nation is not fascism. Learn what patriotism happens to be.

Notice the little sissy just sat there on the floor and took it. Just like all of them. All mouth, no teeth.

“The Daily Mail reports school officials didn’t state whether the student was sitting for a specific reason or protest, though he later posted on social media he was “practicing [his] right to free speech.”

And would these “brilliant” school administrators not kick a student out of school if they publicly stated the “school administrators are seditious traitors”? Or how about “the principal is a tyrant”? The student would be “practicing his right to free speech” there, right?

These taxpaid cucks only use “free speech” at their convenience.

The coward didn’t do anything about it. LOL! These folks are cowards. They only show up in packs. When challenged alone, they’re sissyboys.

School officials explained to the Carroll County Times the student who kicked the chair was exhibiting "unacceptable" behavior.

And this is everything that's wrong with public education.

The wrong person is ALWAYS labeled as the bad guy.

Both students should face disciplinary action.

The kid who was sitting down and not standing at attention for our Pledge and the student who was not standing at attention and walking around the classroom during our Pledge.

Both should be expelled from the school.

All those that are replying that they are glad the kid had his chair kicked are supporting fascism.

Is it respectable behavior to not stand at attention during the Pledge of Allegiance and instead sit down or walk around the classroom?

No.

A student would not be kicked out of a public school for such comments.

When did the kid who kicked the chair sit down?

And when else would he kick it out to get the message across?

So you’re joining the school in condemning the kid who insisted on respect for the flag?
