The first sentence in the second paragraph mentions the “Podesta group”. It gives them an out by saying they filed amended papers later. I guess if you break the law and admit it before you’re caught then you’re cleared.
That does not apply to 'you're' unless you are a drive-by media darling and DEMOCRAT. If not I wouldn't try to get away with this kind of thing or you will wind up like Lewis "Scooter" Libby.
