Fascinating interview. What a picture he painted of the encounter with and chase of the gunman. And while he has his gun trained on SUV after it stops, the Sheriff arrives and instructs the driver to lay down his arms and get out of the car...he puts his rifle down and hands up only to hear the Sheriff say “No, not you!” Lol!
