it may be a scourge to some of those who experience it.

I can attest to that, I remember almost everything I have ever seen, heard, or done. It truly is a Curse but it can be fun sometimes. The biggest problem I have is keeping my fat mouth closed when I remember all the little details about an event. It can really get you in trouble for remembering.

I think it’s fascinating because the rest of us all wonder whether we have recorded memories of everything but for some reason can’t access them. I do understand how it would feel like a curse to have the full blown condition though.

My ex not only remembers everything that ever happened between us she even remembers the things I thought about but was careful not to say. S’why she is ex.
