Where can I find a pdf list of DWM cartridge numbers?

I had such a pdf on my old computer but it died unexpectedly and to my everlasting shame, I did not have a back up copy of the list.

I have tried to find the list on the internet again, but I have been unable to do so.

I did a Google search for DWM and it says it’s either “Divorced White Male” or “Dead White Male”. I’ve been happy to help.
