I do believe the next war we fight will be in Europe not with them, but against them.
Such a great civilization to be surrendered without a shot being fired, how sad. There are days when I am very sorry and then Mrs. May sticks her foot in her mouth again and I say good riddance.

could you lay out a scenario where an average woman can ID a potential attacker correctly and shoot them before they toss acid. Or one where after being hit in the face, the victim can pull a weapon and shoot a fleeing attacker. And how much training would it take to get them and tourists where they can shoot the attacker.

Someone else could do the shooting. You know, kind of like happens in America multiple times every month when an armed law abiding citizen shoots a bad guy in the midst of a criminal act.

you are exaggerating recognition and response capabilities. This is not a movie. This is real life with real people mostly women being victimized. I laid out a solution and it’s not target recognition and quick draw.
Hanging the perps in the town square is another good option.

I remember back when the only acid they had in Britain could be found at a Hawkwind concert.
I like to match the punishment to the crime. Tie them down four point in public place and pour acid on them.
