He was going to go around the deep state and the Fed. He cut taxes, and was anticommunist. He was for sound money. Today, he would not even be a Republican.

Kennedys presidency was complete BS from the start to finish and beyond as presented by the left leaning, Democrat loving press for decades.
But yet if JFK ran today many of his policies would have him closer to the Republican ticket rather than a icon of the Democrats.
More a statment on how far the Democrats have shifted left to insanity.

Frankly, I don’t believe his drug addictions, womanizing and health issues were the big threats that some here imagine them to be.
What conditions I believe were true threats to the republic was the Kennedy idea that they were immune to the laws of Man and God. And by the Kennedy charm and money the family could success where other mere mortals failed.
No, HUBRIS is the addiction to which the Kennedy clan suffers from and from which comes their biggest threat to themselves and, more importantly, to others closest to them as well as the nation and the world at large
From Papa Kennedy to Joseph, Kathleen, Rosemary, JFK Ted all the way down to John John, all thought that laws were for the little people and all they wished were theirs for the taking.

That is sad but so true. I don’t know why so much hate for the guy here, at least politically. Morally it is a different story. His brothers were, however, bankrupt both politically and morally,

RFK no.Like his brother hr HATED liberals. He also was against the welfare state. Teddy was a disgrace whose remains should be removed from Arlington, hung, and then put in a minute pile.

On the surface, Michael C. Hall's Kennedy may seem ever the charming and inspiring leader, underneath the facade is a jealous, controlling husband and a high functioning drug addict.
I guess Oswald found out about all those people he killed ...

” ... Jackie was a junkie, as well.”
She was fed up with his philandering.
That fateful day in Dallas, she had a bellyful of goofballs and a Colt .38 palmed.
When the SHTF, she saw her chance and plugged him right in the grape.

It was always rumored——but I wasn’t aware of a movie.
The Kennedy men were evil.

La Cosa Nostra handed him Illinois.
Shortly after victory he sicced Bobby on them.
