During my 25 year career in hospital management I rubbed shoulders with the world's finest clinicians and researchers.This "shoulder rubbing" took place at Harvard Medical School.My guess is you've heard of it.
These clinicians and researchers say that vaccines are not a factor in autism.
On what experience(s) do you base your "contempt" for vaccines???
My sister has tried chelation and every other non-traditional remedy imaginable on my autistic niece, and continues to do so, over a decade later.
Nothing has worked.
My co-worker at church is in a wheelchair due to Polio.

Many Dr’s who promote this (but not all) are quacks trying to make a buck. They give a person a chelation agent such as EDTA and then take a sample to test, showing that the level is very high and a person needs treatment. DUH, they just caused a dump of the molecule they are testing for.
Many chiropractors and ND’s are doing this. I’m not saying that they are all quacks, but many quacks are doing this.
Many people are unaware that excess levels of minerals such as copper can cause toxicity and depression. This often happens when hormone levels are out of balance from PMS or giving birth.
The anti-vax crowd claims that the lack of decrease in cases of autism after eliminating mercury is due to the use of aluminum (as an adjuvant) instead, which is of course “just as bad or maybe even worse than mercury.”
why are they so eager to force people to take it against our will?
Is it not our body? Like I said in another post the flu shot does me no good what so ever. I get the flu ever July like clockwork. So what ever virus they come up with by math is missing me by a mile. And mind you, I’m not getting the flu in winter with everyone else, I’m getting in July when it’s 90 degrees in the shade and not a snowball in sight.
It’s a waste of time, effort and money for me to take the flu shot.
Look I’ve seen other videos on youtube from parents who have kids with this and have tried it and it worked. when all else fails and you have a kid who is screaming like a banshee and can’t be calmed can’t see why this can’t be tired? Have nothing to lose.
Only other thing I have seen on youtube that has had some success is medical marijuana.
I use Web MD quite often for a quick reference and I was very surprised to find that of the 33 respondents using EDTA for various diagnosis, including heart disease, they gave it a 4.89 rating out of 5 being the highest, that it worked. Astonishing to me. But if it works, go for it.
If the treatment is harmless and has potential benefit, go for it.
I’m not saying it doesn’t work. I am saying that quacks are using this to milk $$$ from their patients. It is a low cost, low risk treatment that appears to work.
Some still have mercury.
Some parents say it did, some say it did not. One thing the parents who said it worked? They said it took about 8 months to a year to work. Now if I could find that video again, will pass it on to you. Have seen so many it’s hard to keep track. One thing you have to admit a child of 2 or 3 should not have this much mercury in their body.
Remember the term “mad hatter”? that was because in the old days people who made women’s hats used mercury and became insane. Does this autism not look like insanity at times? Sure makes the parents that way having to deal with it you must admit this fact. The mercury in these kids must be driving them crazy!
I have also noted a strong correlation between proximity of one of the parents and child behavior. Often, get the parent out of the room and the child calms down.
This is especially true in toddlers.
For many years I did children’s literacy programs for schools and preschools. Often I was inside a storybook character costume making it easy to see the children’s responses to me.
It was interesting how often the children were quiet, all smiles, and super friendly with me as Winnie the Pooh and then screaming as soon as the parent walked into the room.
The most rewarding time ever was doing a secondary ed special needs classes. I have never been hugged so hard in my life. Just looking out through the small openings in the costume head into the children’s eyes brought tears to my eyes.
Can you be any more specific than "some"?
From what I've been reading, thimerasol was eliminated many years ago from the vaccines used for childhood immunizations. As far as I can tell, it is only being used in flu vaccine now.
Our personal issue wth vaccines has to do witgh using them indiscriminately, too early and too many in a short period. We also do not like the use of aborted babies in the development of some the main ones used here (MMR).
But, on the mercury question, I wonder why there was no known occurrence of autism with kids treated with Mercurochrome, as MANY children were, from bleeding wounds. I know it is not the same as injecting the stuff right into the vein, but the concentration may have bee higher, and repeated use was ordinary. Heck, my mother had a bottle of the stuff in her medicine chest still in the early 2000s.

This is what I’ve heard parents talk about over and over.
Kid was fine until got vaccines then started showing signs of autism.
Here you get to actually see it. Don’t know if this Chelation therapy works or not but this family claims it does and they are happy. Then again not every therapy works on every illness so there you are. Glad this family got their son back.
