Yes! Tumeric completely took away my back pain!

Went off it to prove it & the pain came back. Went back on it & pain went away.

I have no first hand reports on its cancer fighting though the Chinese say it is excellent for this. But check it out via internet and The Health Ranger, the ancient Chinese herb ASTRAGALUS. Bulk Supplements sells direct and at Amazon in a concentrated form. An extract. I have some for general health. It is also an A1 inflammation fighter.
Cost is about $37 per kilogram of extract powder. An amazing price. Amazon feedback is excellent. Don’t waste $$$ on astragalus capsules.

I tell everyone about it who are dealing with arthritis in their joints.
I just developed a taste for curry and started experimenting with turmeric in food. It’s pretty easy to get a teaspoon or two of turmeric a day in your diet.

I have severe pain in my hands, mainly at the base of both thumbs, which I understand is very common. This, I assume, is from years of hand work on my various hobbies (cutting, filing, sanding, screwing, wrenching, grinding, polishing, etc.)
The pain had gotten so bad that I could barely write. As it stands right now, I would say the pain in my hands is maybe 75% gone, and it didn’t take long to notice an improvement.
Turmeric is just one of the tools in God’s toolbox!
Not enough information on exactly what is being taken—8 grams of powdered curcumin, which is the pigment in Tumeric? How much enters the blood as active material? Is per-emptive use a better option, than last resort?

As said, there are ways of enhancing absorption of curcumin by compounding with other ingredients. Here is one supplier that is often recommended.

Anyone not taking this supplement would be a fool. I take a big capsule of it almost daily, it’s so big I have to juggle which pills to take when. There is too much evidence for too long re its benefits. I don’t know what positive things it might be doing for me personally, but I want to stay healthy.
