That’s not who DACA applies to.
People born here to illegal aliens are (mistakenly) citizens.
DACA was illegally started to defer the deportation of illegal aliens who were purportedly brought here as children.
I think E-verify must be included before anything is settled. Trump should only delay the DACA phase-out a few months at a time to allow for the necessities to get included. after the wall,chain migration,lottery,E-verify then we need sanctuary cities,the anchor baby law,a 5 year waiting period for legal immigrants to receive taxpayer benefits, ban benefits to illegals,Deportation on contact by any law enforcement agency, maybe go ahead to deport all the others except this 8ooK or so. I’m not sure how much he can get but he’s only got DACA for leverage so how he handles this will determine his chances for reelection.
