We can see their “education” has been quite successful - they have already become angry, disaffected, easily manipulated, gullible, progressive social justice warriors.
That’s the goal, isn’t it?
Sadly, the students did not display the writing skills they should be learning. The missives were rife with grammar, spelling and punctuation errors and some curse words.
Nobody took the time to read over the letters, a source said.
Wow.
Looks like some of the stuff I see written by managers where I work LoL.
Was the teacher going to fail them if they didn’t write them?
There was a show on about a year ago that we liked. It was called Criminal Minds: Beyond Borders. Gary Sinese starred in it and it detailed stories about Americans caught up in crime in other countries. We anxiously awaited its new season this year, only to find it had been cancelled. Turns out the producers didnt want to offend other countries by portraying their countries as dangerous. How appalling. Now we see schools being described as he**holes and the students who are complaining about the moniker are making the case for the description. Our country had better turn back to the TRUTH of EVERYTHING, before its too late (hoping it isnt already too late)
If only we paid the administrators more money.
Could have just posted on DUmp where that is the norm.
I wouldn’t bet on the teacher not reviewing their letters. It’s entirely possible that each letter was carefully reviewed.

Why isn’t the NYPost plastered all over nationwide news if they dared use expletives against a child’s school?
Either the teacher is woefully ignorant, or deliberately allowed the letters to go forward as is. Just think, these kids will be voting and breeding in a few years.
I does sertainly has to agree that they be’d ritin about
thems stoodnts and havin not goed to thar skool.
Theyd sed meen stuff bout them and such.
Sined, The Demokrat Party
LOL, nice of the kids to make the Post’s case for them.
I have a friend that is a history professor in a NY public college. He showed me essays they wrote as an assignment. These kids here are Charles Dickens compared to the college students.
We dont need no edukashun.
But mention me one school that doesnt have fights, mention me a building that doesnt have any insets and rats in it, mention me a school that had not improve after seven years.
Is this an english as a second language school??
You have to realize that about 50% of the teachers - including the better, well-meaning ones - are so poorly educated that they cant even recognize a grammatical or spelling error or simply bad manners.
When I went through the NYC public school system, our teachers on the whole may not have been brilliant (although some were great), but they had at least basic skills. In recent times, NYC has had to retest large numbers of teachers every year (and basically adapt their test scores by some metric I dont understand) because they fail basic proficiency exams.
The kids have problems, yes, but the real fault lies with the teachers and, most of all, with the administrators.
