Leaving out “food service contractors” how many tech folks are black and/or hispanic?
They do have a decent sized percentage of white women in their leadership team.

Not many. A large portion of the 2% of the workforce who are black full timers are in non-tech groups (AdWords and AdSense, Legal, YouTube...) not engineering positions. A significant portion of the "Hispanics" in the US (Google also has major offices in Madrid, Mexico City and Buenos Aires) are criollos, ie people of European, not Mestizo, decent. So Bob Mendez may have a Hispanic surname and his grand-parents on his father's side may have come from Spain but his mom, Sarah Mendez ne O'Reilly traces her family tree back to Ireland. Yet Bob is considered "Hispanic" for Google purposes.
