tephen King claimed this week’s fatal train crash, which was carrying Republican congressmen and killed one person, was “karma” in a post on Twitter, Thursday.
“A trainload of Republicans on their way to a pricey retreat hit a garbage truck. My friend Russ calls that karma,” King declared, receiving over 6,000 likes.

After his remark about how stupid people in the military are, I stopped buying his books. Years ago. He kinda lost his mojo anyway. “Gerald’s Game” was a terrible mess.
What a lovely, kind and gentle sentiment.
Imagine if anyone on our side had said anything similar if something had happened to THEM?

King is one of those writers who intentionally dumbs down his prose to reach the widest possible commercial audience. I doubt there's a single sentence in any of his books that a grade school kid couldn't compose - hence his popularity among grade school kids.
I tweeted him back that his stupid comment furthered my resolve to never crack the cover of one of his books.
He’s basically saying he approves of the deaths. Within every liberal is a purely evil creature just waiting for its moment to shine. When given real power they become Stalins and Pol Pots.

What an ugly, cruel statement. Stephen King, the guy who was endlessly teased while in school, lacks compassion and charity and many other noble sentiments - reveals how bitter and vindictive.

Remember, one of the key scenes in his novel “It” involved children bonding after a traumatic event by engaging in an orgy.
