I know of at least four black women competing: one from my neighboring town who’s on the U.S. bobsled team, and three Americans who make up the Nigerian bobsled team. Plus there are at least a couple more American women on the Nigerian team; I’m assuming they’re both black, as well. Most of these girls were recruited for their events because they ran track in college.
I did see one black, French figure skater last night. This is by far the most black athletes I remember from any winter Olympics.
I’m noticing so far with NBC’s coverage that their main goal is to let people know that there are actually black people on the US Olympic Team.

No. I don’t care that much. I know I was there as do all the others on the Enterprise and her escorts one of which I was on. The damn Time Magazine had our little task force on its cover less that a week after the plane was shot down. Considering deadlines in the pencil press, there was a leak at the highest level. Probably straight from the Pentagon on orders from Nixon to do a psych job on Kim Il Sung and his Chicom handlers.

I got a little bar I like to go to, tip a few and swap jokes with the peoples. Olympics is good for that.
I think they play. They deal with Chicago, Minneapolis and Detroit. Its considered to be a “White Sport” though so they open themselves to the “Uncle Tom” label just cuz they like to skate around and “check” people.
Honestly, White People don’t get a fair chance in the rest of sports, if you’re white they figure you’re not that good.
None of us, and I say that pretty confidently have a problem with black performing on any team, just the virtue signalling culture that blathers on and on about microaggressions on the most generous government in the world. Except for white natives. We’re supposed to go back to Ireland and starve like the British tried to get us to do.
Trump might do something like that too. That’s why i don’t worry that much when he says something that doesn’t make sense at the time.

Fox spokeslady Rachel Campos Duffy said a couple times, “I HATE the Olympics.” I’m with her. The last, and only, time I watched an Olympics event was the “Miracle On Ice” US-Soviet Union hockey game in 1980.
