I always thought the sports that line up tourney style are rough for the silver medalists. At least the bronze folks win their last game to get a medal, losing to get a medal can’t be fun. Sure in the long run you finished second, which ain’t bad, but you lost and now you’ve got to stand there and get medals.
I’ve heard Rush say many times “You don’t win the Silver—You lose the Gold”.
