Or advocate/support discriminatory programs/actions against whites
That includes allowing for clubs that advocate for the interests of every group except for Whites.

I wondered why he wasn’t fired.
So I looked at the article and apparently it’s because it’s part of his union contract arbitration deal.
Must be fun for a black kid to attend this guy’s class knowing has deeply held prejudices against them. The union must be proud.
The “n word” again...was it: “Night time” or “neutral”, or “Nostradamos” or????. How would she know not to use the ‘N word” if nobody can say what it is?
One day there will be open season on racial slurs. One person does it and it’s off with the head.

Good people might disagree, but I don’t fault the union here. It is the union’s job to defend the teacher, period. Just like it is a lawyer’s job to defend his client, period.
As for the first part of your comment, you are certainly right. If the teacher wasn’t somehow provoked into saying the n-word, he should be fired. As I noted earlier, it’s the union’s job to protect him. It’s the school board’s job to try to fire him anyway.
By the way, the article said the teacher couldn’t be fired because of a clause in the collective bargaining agreement. Who on the school board was stupid enough to agree to that clause?
