Best Buy keeps reducing. Every time I go it’s completely different in what they offer and how it’s set up. They are desperately trying to stay out of trouble.
Visiting a Best Buy is worthless. They carry nothing.... every time I have walked in because I intended to buy something I need, I am simply told, don’t stock it but we can order it online and have it in a few days.
Why would I do that? I came all the way to your store because I want it now... if I have to order it online and wait, I can get it from Amazon cheaper.
The past couple of times I’ve been to Best Buy looking for something it wasn’t carried on the shelves anymore.
Sales rep: “but you can order it online”.
