Picture shows an aircraft shape pretty intact for a plunge from any altitude. If that’s really it, more like a controlled belly water landing and should have been some survivors before it sank. A nose down entry at any speed would have ripped wings off you would think.

Yeah, if that’s the shape it had to be either a pretty nice landing OR a belly-flop at best. Definitely not a break-up in the air!

As far as survivors, if they could not find help, I fear they would not make it.
