Turns Out Andrew McCabe Didnít Lose His Pension After All
Law & Crime ^ | March 19th, 2018 | Colin Kalmbacher

Andrew McCabe‘s estimated $1.8 million pension was reportedly lost forever when he was fired. As it turns out, he may just have to wait awhile–but that amount may ultimately be substantially diminished.

According to George Washington University Law Professor Jonathan Turley, McCabe’s firing late Friday night merely means the former deputy FBI director lost access to early pension recovery at age 50.

The standard federal retirement period begins at age 57. Turley notes that under the Federal Employees Retirement System (“FERS”), benefits vest after five years of federal service. McCabe’s benefits, therefore, were not totally lost when he was fired for cause over alleged media leaks–and consequently allegedly lying to federal investigators about those leaks.

It’s not about the pension.....It’s about his lies and getting fired.

So I guess that means all the huffing and puffing was just more fake news.

People who thought otherwise clearly know nothing about the federal pension program. But that doesn’t stop them from making comments.

Macabe will just get another plum job from the RATS and have to wait but he will get the full pension in time.

Of course not. The lying MSMLSD crowd wanted us to think so.

I guess that means he’ll just get 15 times more pension money as us taxpayers do, instead of 20 times. His reward for lying, cheating, and stealing.

Excessively generous. The "serf" class gets nothing like it.

Am hoping he will go to prison, and so therefore won't need a pension.

Read section 3 C before concluding that McCabe’s pension is safe. Much depends on what indictments and convictions may occur.

This is exactly what was reported earlier, but not what most people wanted to hear. The FBI as an institution did the right thing in the right way with McCabe's firing. With the previous and corrupt POTUS, AG and FBI Director gone, the process was completely nonpolitical, and that's a good thing. But what really matters is whether McCabe is going to face criminal charges. In that regard, I trust President Trump and his chosen team.

McCabe and his wife are worth over $11 million.

Losing a pension worth ~ 2 million assuming typical lifespan is nothing to sneeze at, but he won’t starve, or even impact his lifestyle

Bingo! Some patience is required while the gears of justice grind. They are grinding.

If McCabe is convicted of a felony, he will lose all his benefits save Social Security and Medicare.

No problem, I’m sure he can get a job pushing a broom at whatever Federal prison he’s sent to. Or, since he’s a lawyer, he can work as a prison Law Library Clerk and make a few bucks more.

So does every idiot that donated to his “dozens” of GoFundMe accounts get their money back or does it still go to Andy the Multimillionaire? Hopefully, it’s the latter. LOL. Liberals are so “educated” that they’ve all become stupid morons.
