Never hear much about the Tea Party these days - perhaps the “deplorable movement” is the new Tea Party but history shows that conservative “activists” are usually not true activists and have no staying power - if we had the drive and energy of the Left we could defeat them and relegate them to the dustbin of history.

Is the Tea Party dead?

Ask Lois Lerner when she is standing at the base of the lamppost.

The Tea Party was never an effective tactic. Most of the fresh young blood with strong conservative convictions who were elected to Congress instantly became employees of the Chamber of Commerce upon accession.

Sometimes what the Chamber of Commerce wants IS good for America.

But not always.

And the GOP has given them absolutely EVERYTHING on their wish list, time and time again, regardless of the impact on others, for close to four decades.

THAT in a nutshell is why they’re in trouble, and why we got Trump.

In a perfect “Chamber of Commerce” world you’d have a small percent of the pollution that ran business with lake front vacation homes and million dollar bonuses and everyone else makes minimum wage. Plus they want to be lauded for their “greatness”. Oh, and you peons should never discuss salary with each other.

Trump had better stop infringing the 2nd Amendment, or he is going to lose a LOT of support he needs for 2020. He also better VETO this mess in Congress that funds Planned Butcherhood but not the WALL!

Maybe if we had a really great theme, rallying call like HotHunt's poster in post 20, we could put the gopE on notice that they are about to be the Whigs, if they don't get on board this time. Maybe the Freedom Caucus has a list of who to support in the primaries. Does the FairTax have a list? Does anyone have contacts with poster / bumper sticker creators?

The TEA Party Tribune (which I used to write for under the nom de plume "Anthony James") is still going strong. More readers now than ever before. Not to mention some pretty great contributing columnists...

I am a retired, part-time commercial print broker and graphic artist who raises beef cattle for fun.

I have vendors who will print posters or bumper stickers up. I do it for my customers regularly.

What exactly are you suggesting?
