Washington D.C. government officials are flocking to doomsday camps around the country. Which of course begs the question: what do they know that we do not?
According to the Washington Examiner, a building network of backwoods doomsday camps around the country are pulling in members from affluent areas and even Washington national security officials as the threats grow from nuclear war, an EMP (electromagnetic pulse), or virus attack. Dubbed Fortitude Ranch, the outposts promise protection and a year’s supply of food for those unable to build their own bunker with preparations for a SHTF scenario. What’s more, until a crisis strikes, the doomsday camps are being used for prepper training and vacations.
One of Fortitude Ranch’s members from the Baltimore area said that he and others joined after “waking up” to the potential of a national crisis from an attack, financial meltdown, or political violence. “For most of us, something rattled our cages and woke us up,” he said.
“We’re seeing members from all the three letter agencies,” said Fortitude creator Drew Miller, a retired Air Force colonel, and intelligence officer, in a reference to the Central Intelligence Agency, Defense Intelligence Agency, Federal Bureau of Investigation and more. Miller called an attack or even a weather-related electromagnetic pulse shutdown of the electric grid “inevitable,” and a driving force in his project.
Prepping has offered many a sense a freedom none of us have anymore. No longer needing the government for anything, preppers can survive most scenarios that will leave many others begging for their slavery again and in return, for the government to give them abject poverty in exchange.

TARP should never have happened, but since it did it would have been much better to juice the economy by spending money on:
- Hardening the power grid against EMP and coronal mass ejections
- Hardening power and water systems against computer hacking
- Identifying more potentially hazardous asteroids/comets and developing methods to deflect them from Earth
- Developing methods to cull debris from orbit
- Expanding freeways in congested areas
- Building dams and canals where necessary to alleviate droughts
- Building desalinization plants where necessary to alleviate droughts
- Developing thorium nuclear reactor technology as a replacement for uranium
But they didn't do any of this and they spent all our money keeping the banksters out of jail and ensconced in their mansions.
My hope is that they all move to underground bunkers in Wyoming/Montana just before the supervolcano blows.

I don’t think that it has so much to do with potential cataclysmic events like nuclear war or EMPs, as much as it has to do with these people being scared shitless of another civil war breaking out in the US.
They know full well that their heads will be the first on the chopping block.

The magnetic field that PROTECTS the Earth is getting weaker and destabilizing as it gets ready to ‘flip’. We are already getting bombardments on the surface of Earth from COSMIC RAYS.
The magnetic field also ‘guides’ the jet stream. As it weakens, the jet stream patterns will change. We are already seeing this happen and getting ‘unusual’ weather in various places around the globe.
Eventually, this will have an effect on crops, and crop growing regions. When the reduced food supply crisis hits us, the ruling elite have plans to live underground. They also know that they are in danger if the starving peons have GUNS, and that is why they want to take them away from us.

Everything stated above has already been proven, and these things are happening. They are depending on the ‘public’ not knowing about it until it’s too late for us to do anything about it.
No one knows exactly how bad it will get, and if handled properly we could probably suffer minor losses.
BUT, the one thing the ruling elite are sure of is that people in large masses don’t react well when the feces hit the fan. They are less worried about the damage to crops and more worried about a populace that thinks the world is coming to an end.

Was thinking the same thing, but temperance is the better option for us. At some point they will demonize the Christians for "believing in make believe," and they'll disarm us for being mentally unstable.
