Why isn’t the letter signed? There are no other references to it so far. One of the tweeters in the link asks if he (Trump, I’m guessing) will do it. It doesn’t sounds as though it has actually happened. Is Salisbury replying to someone else? I’m trying to backtrack but am not conversant in tweeting.

I had the same questions also when I first saw it. Actually saw it several times bouncing around on the internet. Then finally got the link to whitehouse.gov. see below

Yeah, the lack of signature seems strange, but it is part of the record on the website

Actually, I pulled the Salisburylionk from a re-tweet. Salisbury is tweeting a series of tweets (see the numbering for each tweet?) to his followers.
