The anchors are often little more than talking heads and they are reading off the teleprompter. There is probably one copyist who types up all the national stories and emails them to each syndicate.
It’s not really different than the 310 million households CNN reaches, with a single anchor reading one story.
All stations were reading the company’s mission statement. Not as nefarious as it appears. If you can find it a read through will ease your mind
