There are those who argue the case that if the kids themselves had videoed the act there should be no criminal charge.

And yet if it is legal in a state for an 18 year old to have sex with a 16 or 17 year old then it would/should be criminal to record the act.

And yet even when homosexual sex acts were illegal, video recordings of those acts was not illegal or “obscenity”.

And there were states where bestiality was not criminal but video recordings of it were on the grounds of obscenity.

That would be just as true if he videoed two clothed people chatting in the cafeteria.

The school administration is upset about being exposed.

It’s a charge that the Leftist prosecutors have tried using against the Project Veritas expose videomakers.

You’re right, of course, but let’s face it, the Women’s Lib movement is what most men have been waiting for, for a long time. You don’t have to respect someone who does not demand that respect for themselves. I’m convinced it’s one of the great attractors of men to Liberalism.

I do not, and did not in my original post, lay blame for this solely on parents, as you replied. I do not believe that, “It Takes a Village”, but today’s parents are having that village rammed down their throats. If they have not abdicated, they are certainly fighting an uphill battle. The Liberals, in “schools” and elsewhere, know the power of sex to shape young minds, and they are using it.
