Things got a little wild at one high school prom....
Christopher Columbus Highs big night at the Double Tree Hilton Miami Airport Convention Center on Friday had a jungle theme.
Staff and student organizers spruced up the room with jungle themed decorations and made arrangements for several animals to be brought in. Among them was a tiger in a cage.
This angered some...

That should tell us something about the state of "journalism" these days.
I also noticed See BS “News” network now has this idiocy on its NATIONAL web site.
Extravagant and sometimes scandalous prom and graduation parties are a recurrent theme in the Miami news media. The scribblers and talking heads are offended at such displays of wealth.
I know it would outrage me, poor tiger.
Well, gee! Why didn’t they just let the tiger loose?
Okay then, let the tiger roam free range.
Isn’t a jungle theme cultural appropriation?
And just which part of Asia are they appropriating from?
I doubt anyone was in danger, but that cat was really stressed, no reason to put it through that. Just rediculous lack of thinking on the planners part.
She'll go off to college and, after 4 (or more) expensive years, learn that chickens and cows don't like to be eaten.
Or deficate in the cage. The smell would have ended the party early.
Those angered should’ve opened the cage.
Probably scared the poor tiger half to death. Not a smart loud party favor.
What did the tiger do that outraged these people? Was it wearing a MAGA hat?
I can sympathize with that tiger being stressed. Most people I know would be stressed being around a party with teenagers and bad music.
Worse! He was shilling for an oil company!

No clicks for d*cks.
I notice See BS didn’t bother to find anyone who thought it was a cool idea. No, they found a moronic snowflake to showcase.
The story is relevant because it involves a very bad decision that had to be approved of by the administration. I’d say, after the HS shooting and what we’ve learned about the shooter, how the situation was handled at the time, and now the attempted coverup, that schools and bad decisions are an issue in that area.
Of course if the snowflakes were REEL MEN they'd have instead driven a cougar to the prom.
I wonder if they would’ve been angered more by a stuffed tiger . . .
