I got a speeding ticket by a Va State Trooper on that very same Route 58 going east in Brunswick County, Va. I was clocked doing 67 mph in a 55 mph zone. It was my fault, not paying attention. I noticed when he wrote the ticket, I was “2 mph over the limit.” They give you 9 - 10 mph. Sent in the $130.00 and learned my lesson. Pay attention to Rt 58; they are always watching.

If you refuse to acknowledge receipt, then you are refusing to allow the interaction to end. Simple as that.
