CHARLESTON, WV (WOWK) - The Charleston Police Department is searching for Tammy Rena Jordan, 52, on warrants for stealing money from adults with special needs.
Police say on May 18th, 2018, Jordan asked the victim for money to buy a soda at the Charleston Town Center Mall. The victim is severely handicapped and confined to a wheelchair.
Police say the victim cannot access his wallet without assistance so he allowed Jordan to retrieve the money herself. Jordan then took a substantial amount of money from the victims wallet and fled toward the Transit Mall.

How she got here, I haven’t a clue.
Justice would see her sentenced to the nursing home I just got out of and forced to eat every bite of every meal they serve.
How about whacking her knuckles with a steel ruler each time she reaches for something that is not hers.
Or would this solution be considered to harsh?
I hope you and the missus are doing better . . .
