Some of my favorite conspiracy theories involve TWA 800, JFK, and Sandy Hook.
Especially Sandy Hook. The wildest most bizarre nut-job off the wall conspiracy theories out there? No more stranger or weirder than the many different, conflicting and contradictory official government versions that we were told by the State and the MSM to believe.
And how many hundreds of people witnessed a surface to air missile on July 17, 1996?
Sorry, but our government tells us, their eyes are lying.

That was actually what I was thinking & a pretty obvious possibility. Someone returns fire at the shooter & instead shoots the intended victim.
With bullet holes coming from the back & more bullets than the perp’s gun could hold, it would be nice if they would JUST BE HONEST. That way conspiracy theories don’t take hold.

The first killing shot came from Sirhan’s 22 cal (short) pistol directed less than a foot from RFK’s mastoid process (the little bump just below and behind the earlobe, both sides of the head, this one on his right side, from behind). There is no question about this round which was recovered from inside RFK’s cranium, and did not exit the cranium. A slow moving (relatively) round, the round of choice of professional hitmen and coached lunatics from the Palestinian movement as well.
US and Sicilian mafia improvements: take the round off the casing, remove some of the powder, to further slow the fps out the barrel and also reduce the sound of the pistol firing, requiring the killer to get in close, and so the round will rattle around the brain case destroying the brain. One shot one kill.
Sirhan did keep firing several times— there was only one round left in his pistol till it was removed from his hand.
The recent “questioning” of a 50 year old murder, has been brought up with wife cheater, beater and probable suicide causing.. RFK, Jr. (late CEO of the venezuelan oil company CITGO, with a 600k a year job managing the giveaway tax break given to CITGO by the State of MA for “free” fuel oil given to the “poor” of MA— from the non-profit front company RFK, Jr created and ran— for political expediency). RFK, Jr. is certifiably a loonatic, period.

Bill Clinton looked into both murders after becoming President. He knows and is the basis for lots of blackmail.
Like debating whether Huey “Kingfish” Long was killed by Dr. Weiss’ .32 automatic or by his bodyguards’ frantic return fire which turned Weiss into a human collander and struck Long as well.
They’re still dead either way.
One 22, shot into a closed fist, could produce eight holes.
Huey Long died after being shot by a doctor, who was shot dead by Long's bodyguards. I read that it's possible that the bullets which actually killed Long may have come from the bodyguards' guns--ricocheting off the walls in a confined space. Of course Sirhan wasn't shot dead on the spot.
You might want to re-examine that post.
The mafia conspiracy on RFK would be the same as for JFK. He was relentless going after them and the teamsters. He had been out of power since they killed JFK. Now he looked like the lead for president. Something they couldn’t survive. Also, they were in bed with the teamster retirement fund.

I’d have to see the sketch; however, an ME will be counting entrances and exits. Most reporters wouldn’t see the distinction—especially if they can sell more newspapers.
JFK was killed by an America-hating commununist.
